My career started in retail and hospitality, where I developed a strong foundation in visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement while working in the UAE and the Maldives. Those years shaped my attention to detail, my creativity in presenting products, and my understanding of what makes a customer experience truly memorable.
Today, I work remotely as a Customer Service Agent and Team Leader, managing multiple campaigns and supporting teams to perform at their best. I spend my time coaching team members, analyzing data, organizing operations, and collaborating with clients to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I also provide hands-on support—handling calls, emails, and technical concerns for crypto ATM users, making sure every interaction is efficient, clear, and helpful.
As the digital space continues to grow, I’ve expanded my skill set into eCommerce, working with Shopify to manage online stores, product listings, and customer journeys. I enjoy combining my background in retail with digital tools to create seamless and engaging shopping experiences.
